The role bridges business stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams; supports UAT planning and execution; conducts gap analyses and workflow mapping; and produces BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case documentation. Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, regulated software, APIs, and multi-vendor delivery is advantageous.

Requirement
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations.
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions in collaboration with engineering and QA.
- Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform.
- Support UAT (user acceptance testing) planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Produce clear documentation including BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case diagrams.
- Engage in agile software development including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and governance activities.

Good to Have Skills:
Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. English proficiency.
Desired
CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.
Familiarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications.
Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
