The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned, multi-disciplinary creative leader who thrives at the intersection of design and technology. You’ll bring our brand to life across digital campaigns, physical events, and our web presence.
You’ll join a team passionate about how Radiant is experienced and perceived in a competitive space, where consistency, creativity, and clarity drive everything we do. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll also collaborate with the CMO, sales team, and occasionally our CEO on strategic initiatives, from marketing campaigns to executive decks.

What you'll do

Brand & Marketing Design

  • Design high-impact assets for digital marketing: blogs, social, email campaigns, ads, whitepapers, case studies, decks, infographics
  • Expand and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and Figma libraries for scalability
  • Develop repeatable motifs, templates, and visual frameworks that strengthen recognition across channels
  • Ensure our web presence is optimized for brand consistency, storytelling, and conversion

Print & Event Materials

  • Develop swag, merch, event booth graphics, and signage

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the Head of Design for feedback and prioritization
  • Partner with CMO, sales, and CEO on  campaigns and collateral
  • Contribute to campaign concepts and marketing strategy
  • Advocate for efficiency and process improvements across design and web workflows

Things we’re looking for

  • 5+ years experience in brand, marketing, digital design
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe CC
  • Fluent in design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Strong portfolio spanning both digital and print/event design
  • Passion for technology and how design shapes perception in competitive markets
  • Obsession with consistency, creativity, and clarity in brand expression
  • Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally while independently owning projects end-to-end
