Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (L3) to join our Managed Services team. The engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, operational stability, incident resolution, infrastructure optimization, and continuous service improvement.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in AWS Infrastructure services, troubleshooting production environments, implementing changes, and supporting enterprise cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure in a Managed Services environment.
  • Perform administration of AWS Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity services.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and restore services within agreed SLAs.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure improvements.
  • Monitor cloud environments and respond to alerts.
  • Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support.
  • Execute infrastructure changes following change management processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
  • Support patching, maintenance, and planned infrastructure activities.
  • Work closely with application, security, and customer teams during incident resolution.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Participate in rotational on-call support when required.

  • Experience handling production incidents and critical issues.
  • Good understanding of cloud security best practices.
