As a Senior Technology Analyst within New York Life's Technology Organization, you will analyze, design, and support technology solutions that improve business efficiency and system performance with our production desktop platforms including Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Desktop, Field Service Desktop, and Agent Desktop based on Salesforce and AWS. You will assess requirements, perform analysis, identify gaps, and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions that align with enterprise goals.

Required Skills:• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field• 3+ years of experience in business, data, system and/or technical analysis• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical insights to both business and technical stakeholders• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and propose practical, efficient solutions• Proven ability to perform business, systems, and technical analysis, with a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows, integrations, and process dependencies• Demonstrated success working in Agile environments, using JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, backlog tracking, and documentation• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis to support reporting and decision-making• Experience in Salesforce or CRM platforms with knowledge of configuration, data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $79,000-$113,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
