Senior Associate - Strategic Insights Program & Communications Lead

Lead the Strategic Insights Program, manage roadmaps, develop executive communications, and enhance analytics practices for the organization.
Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

As the Strategic Insights Program & Communications Lead, you'll work across the SI leadership team to build roadmaps and launch plans, drive meeting and operating rhythms, and own communications that bring SI's strategy and data assets to life (emails, videos, memos, and executive presentations). You'll also support the rollout of enterprise-wide analytics and BI best practices and support UAT testing for SI products to ensure exceptional quality and adoption.
This role is ideal for a builder who is detail-obsessed, comfortable presenting to large audiences, and skilled at translating vague requirements into crisp plans and tangible outcomes.

Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

What You'll Do:
- Program & Roadmap Management: Collaborate with SI leaders to define multi-quarter roadmaps, launch strategies, and key milestones. Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress toward expected outcomes.
- Executive Briefings: Develop clear, compelling materials and updates tailored for senior leadership.
- Communications & Enablement: Lead end-to-end communication and adoption efforts for SI strategy and analytics initiatives. Produce and distribute emails, videos, memos, and executive-level presentations. Create guides, playbooks, and facilitate office hours. Drive enterprise-wide enablement and rollout of analytics and BI best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and opportunities; streamline and standardize intake, prioritization, and launch processes to improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in strategy consulting , product strategy ,or a similar role; experience in a technology or analytics-driven organization is a plus.
- Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to large audiences.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts (analytics, BI, data platforms) into clear narratives and executive-ready deliverables, including strategic roadmaps.
- Strong attention to detail; capable of operating independently, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and transforming ambiguous requirements into structured, actionable plans.
