Location Designation: Hybrid - 4 days per week
The entry level associate will carry out daily assignments by following the written procedures and escalating issues timely to management. The role requires frequent interaction with Traders, Counterparties, and Custodians and internal teams within Investment Services.
What You'll Do:
  • Confirm trade details, provide trade allocations, and work with Trading Desk and Counterparties to rectify any trade discrepancies
  • Reconcile all trade activity pre/post settlement date
  • Create outgoing wire requests for Private and OCIO teams
  • Liaise with the Traders, Treasury, and Custodian Banks on all settlement matters
  • Analyze and resolve exceptions, reconciliation differences, and issues
  • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of all functions performed by the group to provide back up as necessary
  • Develop and update detailed functional procedures
  • Develop and present ideas for procedural changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and/or improve controls
  • Assist with testing plans and document results

What You'll Bring:
  • College degree in a Business related field required
  • Open to recent college graduate with internship experience
  • GPA of 3.4 and above required
  • 1+ years of Settlement Operation's experience in an Insurance Company or Investment Management firm is a plus
  • High competence level with Microsoft Office tools

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $59,000-$84,500
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
