Who We Are

Aristotle is a majority employee-owned investment management organization with offices in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Boston, and Sarasota. We specialize in equity and fixed income portfolio management for institutional and advisory clients around the world. Our mission is to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals through active portfolio management and a research-driven investment framework. Aristotle attracts and retains talented investment professionals through a culture focused on research, investment management and client success.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Associate is responsible for the end-to-end production, maintenance, and delivery of standardized sales collateral — including factsheets, pitchbooks, and marketing decks. The role ensures materials are accurate, timely, compliant, and consistent with brand templates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of standard collateral (intake → content gathering → layout → compliance review → delivery).
  • Track and prioritize the production queue, report status and progress to leadership.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of approved materials with version control and audit trail.
  • Collaborate with Performance & Analytics to incorporate updated data, charts, and attribution.
  • Partner with Product Specialists to ensure product content accuracy.
  • Review and validate data inputs (e.g., holdings, performance, attribution, characteristics) with an analytical eye to spot errors or inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with Compliance/Legal on disclosures, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement workflow improvements and automation to shorten production cycles and reduce error rates in partnership with Aristotle’s IT team.
  • Uphold strict adherence to templates, formatting, and brand guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency in intake, review, and delivery processes.
  • Ensure all processes are documented and all team members trained to reduce key person risk.
  • Partner proactively with senior Sales Leaders and Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) to anticipate requirements and ensure alignment of materials with client and prospects’ needs.
  • Coordinate with CPMs on slide requirements ahead of each quarter end.
  • Collaborate with the broader Sales Operations team to align collateral with RFPs, DDQs, and databases, avoiding duplication.
  • Manage production support with external vendors/design as needed for template-based execution.
  • Partner with broader Sales Operations team to provide support for marketing databases, RFPs, and DDQs as needed outside of the standard materials production schedule.
What You’ll Bring
We recognize that not all candidates will meet every requirement. If you’re passionate about this role and believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years in asset management, financial services, or institutional marketing operations.
  • Seismic experience a plus.
  • A college or university degree, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, or a business-related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience in collateral production or marketing operations.
  • Strong project management skills: prioritization, tracking, and delivery against deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with integrating and validating data, charts, and metrics in materials.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to spot data discrepancies across holdings, performance, attribution, and characteristics.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proofreading, and version control.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while still utilizing critical thinking skills for continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders, including senior sales leaders and CPMs.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes and financial disclosures.
  • Process-improvement mindset; experience with workflow systems or automation tools is a plus.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
