About Senior Associate, Program Management Role 

Senior Associate, Program Management is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and project management of client deliverables, supporting more senior account team members. Key activities include facilitating client requests, developing creative briefs, working with creative and production teams to manage progress, planning and maintaining timelines. 

*We anticipate this person working closely with our NYC based design studio on industrial and brand design projects. Please include any prior experience partnering with design teams in your resume.
 

As a Senior Associate, Program Management, you will

Client Service 

  • Prepare for and participate in calls and meetings with the clients 

  • Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, notes and conference reports 

  • Act as liaison between client, outside partners/vendors and internal teams 

  • Support all administrative aspects of client account management 

  • Maintain communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure that assigned work is handled in a positive, timely and efficient manner 

Project Management 

  • Manage client projects and day-to-day account work, including project planning and scheduling, team resourcing, creative deliverables, client reporting, etc. 

  • Steer projects from briefing through production efficiently and accurately, with proficiency in juggling and prioritizing amongst assignments 

  • Draft creative briefs, scopes of work and client-facing emails with oversight from senior account team members, as appropriate 

  • Help to synthesize client feedback with a focus on defining the problems that need to be solved 

  • Manage finalization of projects by coordinating with vendors and partners to confirm specifications, proofread final files, release assets for production and traffic media to vendor or media agency 

  • Demonstrate and apply intimate knowledge of clients’ business and products to day-to- day work 

Planning & Strategy 

  • Proactively research, analyze and evaluate contextual material (such as competitive advertising, research data, social content, etc.) to inform creative briefs and agency recommendations for clients 

  • Collaborate with the account team in preparation of recommendations, marketing strategies and actions for the client 

  • Contribute to creative team briefings and brainstorming sessions

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in relevant field 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Adept at multi-tasking and time management 

  • Strong verbal and written communication 

  • Capacity to creatively problem-solve 

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, reacting quickly and intelligently 

  • Proactive, taking initiative and anticipating next steps

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Material. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
