OVERVIEW:

The Senior Analytics Specialist develops and governs the processes, tooling, and testing frameworks that support enterprise-wide digital optimization initiatives, with a strong focus on experimentation and personalization through Adobe Target. The Analytics Specialist may be responsible for developing foundational queries, reports, processes and/or execution standards to coach existing and new analytics talent, ensuring consistency and best practices. With little direction, this individual can develop scalable testing methodologies, audience targeting strategies, reporting standards, and analytics best practices that drive measurable improvements in customer experience and conversion performance across digital properties.

Responsibilities:

Work cross functionally with partners across business, technology and data organizations to design, evolve and execute A/B, and multivariate tests, leveraging behavioral and performance data to generate actionable insight.

Responsible for developing methodologies, analytical processes and occasional reporting to unearth insights and findings to inform action rooted in data, often servicing ad-hoc analytics requests and training users on data / reports.

Responsible for enabling capabilities across analytics function to augment strategic value delivered from Analytics practice, grounded in holistic, end-to-end thinking that is omnichannel, athlete and teammate driven.

Guide, coach and mentor analytics teammates to upskill in data sources and analytical tooling by developing foundational queries, reports, and processes

Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Target, Analytics, A4T

  • SQL; R and/or Python

  • Strong experience in Databricks, GCP, or Azure

  • Experience with BI Tools (Qlik, Power BI)

  • Mastery of test-and-learn design (A/B, MVT, DiffinDiff) and tools (APT/MarketDial preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Maths, Political Sci, Finance, Engineering, Liberal Arts

  • 5-7 years experience

Targeted Pay Range: $76,500.00 - $124,600.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
