Join Champions Group as our next Senior Financial Analyst and make an impact from day one.
In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be at the center of our financial operations—digging into data, crafting reports, shaping financial plans, and delivering insights that influence big decisions. You won’t just crunch numbers; you’ll work alongside finance and operations leaders to see firsthand how strategic choices drive real business results.

This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance and accounting practices, plus the chance to build skills that will power your career growth in both Finance and Operations. If you’re ready to collaborate across departments, tackle complex challenges, and turn data into action, we’re ready to welcome you to the team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-impact operational and financial reporting using BI platforms like Domo and Workday Adaptive, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly insights to our private equity partners, C-suite, and managers.

  • Unlock the full potential of ServiceTitan for reporting and operational analysis.

  • Build dashboards, charts, and data flows in Domo that make complex information easy to understand and act on.

  • Use Workday Adaptive to create reports, offer strategic insight, and connect data seamlessly into Excel via Office Connect.

  • Spot and solve problems early, identify forecast risks and recommend actions to keep goals on track.

  • Analyze monthly performance, recommend process improvements, and prepare executive-ready decks showcasing key KPIs and variance metrics.

  • Collaborate with Operations to optimize technician/truck capacity planning for changing demand.

  • Be the go-to resource for data mining, special projects, and ad hoc analysis across Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, and leadership.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative discipline.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, planning, and analysis, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.

  • A track record of working with forecasting and planning teams (bonus points if you’ve done it in a multi-department environment).

  • Outstanding communication skills, you can explain complex data in a way that makes sense to any audience.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and speed.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, plus comfort with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar experience is a plus.

  • A genuine curiosity for how Finance, Operations, and Accounting work together, and how the right insight can spark better decisions.

Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and the kind of results you can be proud to present to leadership. Every day, you’ll see the direct connection between your work and the company’s success, and you’ll build the skills, relationships, and experiences that will propel your career forward.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
