Job Description

About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:

People Inc is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Pricing to join the Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of rate cards, pricing rules, and guidelines for Sales and Sales Support, ensuring balance between business requirements and marketplace realities.

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in executing pricing processes, monitoring partnership agreements, and generating actionable reporting and insights to enable profitable sales growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Revenue Strategy, and Account Strategy teams.

Schedule Requirements:

Hybrid 3x a week- (New York) 

In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
 

About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:

The Digital Sales Systems team administers our systems to streamline operational processes, reporting & analytics.  

About The Position’s Contributions:

Rate Card Management

  • Support the creation, maintenance, and distribution of rate cards and pricing guidelines in partnership with the Sales, Account Strategy and Revenue Operations teams

  • Assist in monitoring partnership rate cards with holding companies and strategic advertising partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Maintain and update rate card matrices to compare offerings and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Pricing Analysis & Reporting

  • Evaluate standard rate card and pricing guidelines, flagging areas for revision in line with business and market needs.

  • Partner with Finance to track agency and client spend against commitments, reporting regularly to ensure accountability.

  • Enhance existing reporting processes and tools, delivering pricing insights and supporting internal business partners.

Exception Requests & Margin Management

  • Support evaluation of pricing exception requests and strategic client benefits, providing clear documentation and margin impact analysis.

  • Conduct revenue and profitability analyses to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Account Strategy leads to provide pricing expertise on agency-level spending, key KPIs, product mix, and margins.

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Strategy team to align pricing approaches with product positioning and digital strategy.

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or pricing.

Digital media and advertising experience preferred

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly proficient in Excel; experience with reporting/BI tools preferred.

  • Comfortable navigating financial reporting and performing margin analysis.

  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.

  • Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.

  • Team player who contributes to a collaborative, supportive culture

Pay Range

Salary: New York: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees.
