This role sits within the Government Programs Actuarial practice and supports Medicare and Medicaid payer clients through actuarial consulting, analytics, forecasting, pricing and strategic advisory services.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

- Design and execute complex data programs, actuarial models and risk score analyses
- Partner with clients to deliver consulting recommendations and business insights
- Provide guidance, mentoring and work direction to actuarial analysts on project teams
- Support cross-functional engagements involving ACA, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and related healthcare programs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ completed actuarial examinations and active participation on the actuarial exam track
- 3+ years of actuarial experience
- Demonstrated experience building and interpreting actuarial models and financial analyses
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience leading projects or providing work direction to team members
- Consulting experience supporting external clients
- Experience with Medicare Bid submissions or Medicaid rate review
- ASA or FSA designation
