We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Finance & Accounting team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing core accounting functions, guaranteeing the precision of our financial records, and driving our month-end and quarter-end close processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to contribute to our continued success.
What You'll Do
- Execute the month-end close process by preparing and recording journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and creating supporting schedules.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring all financial records are accurate and in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Support annual financial audits by preparing necessary schedules and coordinating with external auditors.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline accounting operations and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Digital teams on financial reporting and analysis.
- Uphold and ensure strict compliance with internal controls and company policies.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation is highly preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a background in public accounting or an in-house role (public company or CPG industry experience is a plus).
- A strong, comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP and current financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Salary range budgeted for position: $90,000-$110,000
