Senior Account Manager

At DeanHouston+, we partner with B2B companies to solve complex business challenges through integrated marketing. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll develop relationships, lead marketing strategy, guide marketing initiatives, and uncover new opportunities to drive client success. 

What You’ll DoDrive Client Partnerships

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of account management experience within a marketing agency.
  • Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms.

The total target compensation for this role will be an annual salary of $80,000 – $95,000. Pay will be determined based on location, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant business considerations.
