THE OPPORTUNITY

Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at LG, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our wholesale distribution presence across your territory. You will develop strategic partnerships with distributors, contractors, and industry associations while collaborating closely with the Distribution Manager and internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, training, and product management.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven leader who can communicate effectively at all levels of the HVAC distribution and contractor ecosystem, while championing LG’s value proposition and reinforcing why Life’s Good with LG solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the identification, recruitment, and ongoing development of the LG Pro Dealer Program

  • Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions for contractors, distributors, and trade professionals

  • Execute territory sales plans by achieving KPIs tied to contractor development, distributor support, and revenue growth

  • Develop and manage sales strategies aligned to revenue, unit volume, and product category targets

  • Participate in the design, execution, and tracking of go-to-market strategies

  • Monitor pipeline trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions

  • Support product forecasting accuracy in alignment with Product Management

  • Optimize channel and LG inventory levels to support demand and growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize marketing investments and brand exposure

  • Manage administrative responsibilities with support from the Inside Sales team

  • Apply strong business and technical acumen to understand customer needs and articulate LG’s differentiated value

  • Drive complex and strategic large commercial initiatives

  • Partner with internal subject-matter experts across engineering, energy, operations, finance, legal, and technical teams

  • Provide actionable market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy

  • Build trusted customer relationships through education, performance reviews, and operational excellence

  • Represent LG at industry events, strengthening our brand and expanding our network

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of success

  • Experience leading and managing manufacturer representative firms and distributor territory managers

  • Ability to effectively manage a multi-state territory with strong time-management skills

  • HVAC industry experience required; preference for residential/light commercial inverter heat pump systems, wholesale channels, and dealer networks

  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with exceptional communication and business acumen

  • Demonstrated thought leadership across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L management

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse audiences

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Willingness to travel up to 60–70%

  • Confident public-speaking skills for presentations to internal and external stakeholders

$125,000$150,000 USD
