About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to grow and lead affiliate programs for our clients. You will recruit and manage publishers, negotiate high-value partnerships, drive content commerce, and turn performance data into smart, actionable recommendations. Affiliate marketing is where eAccountable began and remains one of our core superpowers. We need a strategic, relationship-driven expert who will help our clients' programs grow and win.

What You'll Do:

Client Partnership and Strategy

  • Know your clients' business inside and out: KPIs, competition, seasonality, top-selling products, ideal customers, margins, promotional calendar, and brand guidelines
  • Build affiliate strategies that tie directly to each client's growth goals
  • Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication, strong results, and consistently exceeding expectations

Publisher Recruitment and Relationship Management

  • Recruit new publishers to maintain a healthy, diverse partner mix that hits client KPIs and reflects their brand
  • Develop and nurture publisher relationships across a wide range of niches to drive meaningful growth
  • Keep publishers engaged with ongoing communication on brand updates, new products, incentives, and new initiatives

Negotiation and Partnership Optimization

  • Negotiate placements and share new product launches and offers with publishers
  • Identify opportunities for exclusive products and deals
  • Structure publisher payouts based on the value they drive while protecting each client's brand integrity

Content Commerce and Influencer Strategy

  • Drive content commerce as an integral part of each affiliate program, including building pitch lists, writing pitches, identifying competitive backlink and article inclusion opportunities, and managing coverage reporting
  • Recruit and manage influencers using internal tools and third-party platforms

Reporting and Performance

  • Deliver regular reporting to clients on outreach, performance metrics, and results
  • Turn data into clear, strategic recommendations that improve program performance

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience, with a proven track record of growing client programs
  • Established relationships with publishers across multiple verticals
  • Working knowledge of major affiliate networks, including CJ, Rakuten, Awin, Impact, and Pepperjam
  • A client-first mindset, with a track record of operating as an extension of your clients' teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities directly
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new marketing channels
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced agency environment while managing a variety of responsibilities

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation including base salary range of $80,000-$100,000/yr + uncapped variable compensation; OTE $95,000-$135,000+
  • Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
  • Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance
  • 401k with company contribution
  • Beautiful downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass)
  • Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth

What to Expect:

  • 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
  • 2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round: Pre-Interview Assessment and 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
