The Opportunity...

Centerfield is looking for a Senior Account Executive to change the game for retail and e-commerce brands. This isn’t about managing accounts; it’s about creating them. You’ll be the one opening doors, sparking conversations, and closing deals that fuel massive growth for our business and our clients.

You’ll be selling a cutting-edge solution in the social commerce space: new, disruptive, and designed to help major retail and e-tail brands capture more customers and drive more revenue. Your focus will be partnering with some of the largest brands selling through e-commerce platforms like Amazon.

We’re building this team from the ground up, which means you won’t just be part of the story, you’ll help write it.

How You'll Contribute...
  • Have a plan! Build and execute a successful sales strategy: know your market, target the right decision-makers, and drive meaningful outreach.

  • Be proactive. Consistent, high-quality prospecting is the foundation of your success.

  • Be the expert. Master our solution and tools so you can speak to clients with confidence.

  • Get out there! Pitch Centerfield Social Commerce, deliver compelling proposals, and position solutions that fuel client growth.

  • Speak up. Share client insights and feedback to help leadership refine and evolve our offerings.

  • Leverage your toolkit. Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator to run a disciplined sales process and keep activity organized.

  • Stay sharp. Follow company processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance while we scale rapidly.

  • Own your number. Hit your targets, track progress through reporting, and take full accountability for closing new business.

  • Be the catalyst. Drive net-new client wins that directly fuel Centerfield’s growth.

What We're Looking For...
  • 3–5+ years of proven success in business development or acquisition sales, with a clear track record of consistently hitting (and exceeding) targets.

  • A hunter’s mindset! You should be comfortable building pipelines from scratch and closing net-new logos.

  • Direct experience selling into retail or eTail brands, with an understanding of how they grow in competitive markets.

  • Strong background in digital-first industries such as e-commerce, digital advertising, or affiliate marketing.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, you can navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.

  • A self-starter who can create structure, prioritize effectively, and move fast in a high growth, evolving environment.

  • Solid financial acumen with the ability to translate client growth goals into ROI-driven business cases.
