The Opportunity...
We are looking for a growth-minded e-commerce leader to define and deliver optimized digital experiences across our Direct-to-Consumer portfolio, including properties such as Savings.com, TheSeniorList.com, and others. This role will oversee growth across the full funnel, from acquisition to conversion to retention, while leveraging affiliate and retail marketplace partnerships to maximize performance across both owned and third-party platforms.
Our ideal candidate is a digital commerce strategist with deep expertise in optimizing user journeys, product merchandising, and AOV growth. This individual combines strong analytical instincts with an understanding of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Walmart, Commission Junction, Impact Radius, and similar) to drive measurable revenue outcomes. They are a collaborator at heart, able to partner across product, engineering, design,
data, and marketing teams to unlock growth opportunities and scale winning experiences.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Develop and evangelize the e-commerce strategy and roadmap for our DTC portfolio, focusing on revenue growth, funnel efficiency, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing to improve every stage of the user journey, from traffic acquisition through checkout and post-purchase engagement.

  • Lead initiatives that increase AOV through smarter merchandising, upsells, bundling, and personalized content experiences.

  • Collaborate with affiliate and retail marketplace partners (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Commission Junction, Impact Radius) to expand reach, optimize listings, and improve performance tracking.

  • Drive revenue and margin outcomes through experimentation, using data-driven A/B testing, pricing, and promotional levers.

  • Work closely with analytics and data science teams to identify key growth levers, forecast opportunity size, and prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact.

  • Champion the voice of the customer, leveraging insights from behavioral data, surveys, and feedback loops to inform product and content improvements.

  • Partner with operations, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to ensure site performance, scalability, and compliance with partner guidelines and privacy standards.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous optimization across the broader commerce ecosystem.

What We're Looking For...

  • 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital product management, with demonstrated success driving revenue growth and conversion improvements across DTC channels.

  • Deep familiarity with affiliate and marketplace ecosystems such as Amazon, Walmart, Commission Junction, and Impact Radius.

  • Proven track record improving funnel performance and AOV through experimentation, CRO frameworks, and data-driven insights.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in leveraging analytics, dashboards, and testing platforms to guide decision-making.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams in an Agile environment.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term performance optimization with long-term platform innovation.

  • Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executives to external partners.

  • Passion for customer experience, testing, and continual improvement, grounded in a bias for measurable results.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
