We're adding a multifaceted Senior Account Executive to join our growing team! You'll act as an ambassador of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, by evangelizing our technology solutions and differentiators, and developing potential and current client relationships.

We're looking for someone who brings strong existing relationships with agencies and direct brands, a proven ability to grow accounts, and an appetite for uncovering new opportunities. A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape is crucial, and experience in categories like Automotive, CPG, QSR, Retail, and Travel is a big plus.
As an Individual Contributor, you’ll report directly to the VP of Sales, and play a key role in driving revenue from both brands and agencies. You'll work directly with leaders of the business, sitting at the forefront of growing our presence across key verticals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand our client portfolio through agency and brand relationships.

  • Develop prospect hit lists, and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long-term value of client relationships.

  • Own and drive revenue strategy, with a focus on high-impact accounts.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new business.

  • Maintain deep relationships with clients and agencies through outstanding service and campaign results

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)

  • Preferred background in ad-tech sales, working with brands, agencies, trading desks, and ad networks.

  • Strong network of agency and client-direct relationships across the region.

  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business.

  • Expertise in digital media, including programmatic, location-based data, and analytics

  • Results-driven mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit aligned with our inclusive culture and sustainability initiatives.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $199,700 - $360,200, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $99,850 - $180,100

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
