Description

Sinch is looking for a net-new logo hunter with deep experience selling email infrastructure and engagement solutions to Mid-Market clients. If you’ve successfully sold SendGrid, SparkPost, Mailchimp, Brevo, Iterable, or similar platforms—and can speak the language of deliverability, scale, and email strategy—this is your next big opportunity.

We work with the world’s largest brands and offer the industry’s best-in-class email deliverability, scale, and performance. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic, and technically fluent seller who thrives building and closing pipeline and is hungry to win.

You Will:

  • Own a Mid-Market sales quota for Sinch’s email solutions in North America
  • Prospect and engage target accounts with a focus on net new logo acquisition.
  • Identify pain points across email deliverability, infrastructure, and messaging strategy, and position Sinch’s solutions to solve them
  • Lead the sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, legal, and contract signature
  • Map out buying committees across Marketing, Product, IT, and Compliance
  • Articulate the technical and commercial value of Sinch email through ROI, scale, and performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with solution engineering, product, marketing, and legal to close business
  • Use Salesforce and MEDDPICC to maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast with confidence
Requirements

You Are:

  • An experienced sales hunter with a proven track record of sourcing and closing net-new logos
  • Experienced in selling email infrastructure, deliverability, and platform solutions to enterprise stakeholders
  • Skilled at navigating and closing deals from $10K to over $100K with sales cycles up to 6 months
  • Comfortable selling to V- and C-level marketers, product leads, and IT stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable about ESP migration, SMTP, APIs, inbox placement, engagement analytics, and compliance frameworks
  • Self-driven, organized, and highly accountable in managing your own pipeline and outreach
Preferred Experience:
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS/email platform sales experience
  • Direct experience selling SendGrid, SparkPost, Mailchimp, Brevo Iterable, Cordial, or similar platforms.
  • Consistent attainment of quotas
  • Formal training in MEDDPICC, Challenger, or another structured sales methodology
  • Experience in key verticals like Retail, Travel, Financial Services, eCommerce, and Media

The annual starting salary for this position is $80,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $60,0000.00 per year annually and are based on performance.  This role will be accepting applications until September 1st, 2025 at a minimum.
