About this role
The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in executing the company's expansion strategy. We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our team, develop executive relationships with financial service providers, identify their unique business challenges, and drive adoption of our Biz2X solution. The role combines strong sales, consulting, strategic thinking, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
  • This position will work and report to the SVP of Sales to grow our technology footprint, within the North America-US financial services marketplace.
  • Develop new business and by identifying key decision makers and establishing new executive relationships based on targeted sales techniques
  • Built and manage pipeline by targeting through cold outreach, customer meetings, and partner/industry networking events
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline, and CRM to achieve quarterly and annual Sales Targets and Goal
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting strategic and trusted advisor relationships with current and new customers/partner contacts
  • Understand Customers' Business Objectives, IT Priorities and Initiatives across various stakeholders
  • Position and effectively communicate our company's Portfolio of Products
  • Excel in a team selling environment, coordinating resources across the organization
  • Continue education on industry trends, products, and market conditions
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing, strategy, legal and technical teams
  • Own the entire lifecycle of each opportunity from initial engagement- through an executed agreement with support from the leadership team

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 8 + years of experience in Enterprise sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships achieving quota $1M+ in quota
  • Enterprise Sales Experience in either Lending, Banking, Payments, Fintech, or SaaS technology sales.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Collaboration & Influence: ability to successfully bring together internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate, present, and influence all multiple levels to articulate value
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills
  • Creativity & Innovation: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.
