About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager with expertise in small business lending to join our team. You have experience with tools such as Jira, Monday, Confluence and communication tools like Zendesk. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery of business credit solutions. You oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support, to gather requirements and define product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs, translating them into product requirements.
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer priorities.
  • Work closely with development and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform product decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new product features and enhancements.
  • Serve as a strong advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are considered throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with small business lending products and portfolio monitoring tools is a plus

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on business lending solutions.
  • Knowledge on how API's, webhooks work
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Salary Range
$90k to $120k
