Sr. Manager, Paid Media

Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, the Sr. Manager, Paid Media will have direct ownership over PPC (including bid strategy, bid management, optimization, campaign launches) and display (including ad placement, campaign strategy, and optimizations). The ideal candidate will work well as part of a high-performing, fun team as well as be able to function independently to meet tight deadlines and achieve extraordinary goals.

What you'll do:

  • Lead initiatives to drive conversion rate optimization and personalization across various media channels 
  • Develop native advertising strategies and content marketing plans to grow top of funnel leads
  • Build out robust cross-channel remarketing program focusing on digital buyer's journey, segmentation and multi-media formats (video, banner, content, etc.)
  • Day-to-day bid management of PPC in Google, Bing/Yahoo, Taboola, among others
  • Optimize and drive successful Google, Yahoo, Bing and other PPC marketing campaigns
  • Ongoing optimization of SEM campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, landing page testing, etc.
  • Working with designers and developers to implement new landing pages and creative assets to support campaigns
  • Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual and behavioral advertising platforms.
  • Build out successful native display program.
  • Implement and manage keyword/placement-level call tracking program.
  • Interpret trends and make recommendations based on ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR and ROAS

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience (minimum) with PPC marketing
  • Strong experience with Bid Management Platforms, preferably Doubleclick Search
  • Technical understanding of landing page tracking, call tracking and web analytics platforms
  • Advanced level skills in Excel
  • AdWords certified
  • Google Analytics certified preferred
  • Experience in B2B lead gen a big plus
  • Competency with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong communication skills; able to communicate complex information clearly
  • Four-year college degree with major in marketing or applicable field.
