The Sr. Manager of Integrated Sponsorships – NFL Media will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-platform sponsorship campaigns across NFL Media properties, with a key focus on NFL Network’s exclusive game series and premium tentpole programming. This role requires deep expertise in the sports media landscape, strong cross-functional leadership, and a solutions-driven mindset to support revenue growth through innovative brand integrations. Acting as a central hub between Sales, Content, Production, and Marketing teams, this person will ensure timely, flawless delivery of sponsorships that meet client objectives and enhance the fan experience across linear, digital, and social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in the execution of integrated sponsorships across NFL Media, including NFL Network, NFL FAST channel, NFL.com, mobile apps, and social platforms—with a priority on NFL Network’s exclusive game series
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder for sponsorship delivery tied to live games and high-visibility programming, ensuring all branded elements are seamlessly integrated within broadcast, shoulder content, and second-screen experiences.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for high-value sponsorship assets, leveraging deep understanding of the sports media ecosystem, fan behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead collaboration with Content, Production, and Studio teams to align on execution timelines, creative integrations, and content calendars that support sponsorship deliverables and enhance storytelling.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of a centralized sponsorship management system, tracking active campaigns, execution status, client deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Direct creative development for sales materials, custom comps, pitch decks, and recaps tailored to league partners and brand sponsors, ensuring alignment with NFL Media’s visual and strategic standards.
  • Guide pre-launch QA, trafficking, and testing of sponsorship assets across digital and social platforms, including premium takeovers, in-stream elements, and sponsored stories.
  • Collaborate with ad operations and third-party vendors to ensure accurate setup and delivery of campaigns across all media touchpoints; troubleshoot and resolve escalated campaign issues in real time.
  • Deliver actionable post-campaign insights and analytics to internal stakeholders and clients, translating performance data into strategic recommendations for renewals and upsells.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of sponsorship, integrated or partnership marketing, product development, campaign management, and ad trafficking or ad operations experience

  • A proactive thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A problem solver who can make situational assessments and recommend actions to management
  • Deep understanding of and experience in consumer-facing digital content space
  • General understanding of ad serving technologies, specifically Google’s Ad Serving platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on KPIs in defined timeframes
  • A sports fan in general, and more specifically an NFL fan

Physical Demands

  • Able to meet basic physical demands in an office setting.

Travel

  • Limited travel; Potential to attempt local NFL games

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • Seasonal role; 40/hrs per week with additional hours occasional work during peak times of the season

  • Salary range is reflective of a weekly, exempt rate

Salary
$2,000$2,500 USD
