ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in aligning our go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This individual will lead the development and execution of data-driven processes, systems, and insights that optimize revenue performance. By partnering cross-functionally, the Senior Revenue Operations Manager ensures operational efficiency, pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and consistent execution against business goals. 

In addition to core RevOps responsibilities, this role will also manage a website technology team member, ensuring our web infrastructure supports revenue-generating activities and provides a seamless digital experience for customers and prospects. The role brings a strategic mindset, technical proficiency in CRM and RevOps tools, people leadership skills, experimentation mindset and a passion for driving scalable growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and optimize the full revenue operations as well as website tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, reporting tools).
  • Maximize cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success through shared processes, goals, and metrics.
  • Enable forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue reporting to support accurate planning and performance tracking across the revenue organization.
  • Manage lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, attribution modeling, and ensure clean data flow between systems.
  • Oversee and optimize revenue workflows from lead to renewal, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and implement best practices for improved efficiency and performance.
  • Lead high-impact projects that enhance revenue operations, including system upgrades, process enhancements, and team-wide alignment initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and integrations to support growth and scale.
  • Establish and maintain guidelines that ensure consistent and effective CRM use, opportunity management, and data integrity to support scalable growth.
  • Partner with marketing on lead scoring and campaign effectiveness analysis as well as continuous CRO on the website.
  • Collaborate with customer success on churn analysis, health scores, and upsell/cross-sell insights.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Min of 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations - ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing CRM and Revenue systems and tools (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.).
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, customer journeys, and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, NRR, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort in building reports and dashboards across multiple tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence without authority, and drive change.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Annual Salary: $130,000 - $175,000

The salary band outlined above reflects compensation levels that are competitively benchmarked based on geographic location. Where an individual may fall within this band is determined by market data specific to their location, ensuring fairness and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
