The Seasonal Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operations, business affairs, and tentpole logistics for the Social, Influencer, and Creative Marketing department.

Essential Functions

  • Manage tentpole operations, business affairs, and logistics from inception to execution.
  • Establish rapport with NFL internal stakeholders to support and streamline operational systems, processes, and communications for the S&I department, particularly as it pertains to tentpole activations, movements, and overall execution.
  • Manage supplier onboarding process, contract and invoice lifecycle for Creators and Vendors.
  • Lead on/off site production management logistics for Social, Influencer, and Creative Marketing teams.
  • Lead and delegate logistics and spearhead outreach for Social content shoots, Campaign productions, Influencer activations, and Tentpoles.
  • Maintain and update trackers/workback calendars and utilized project management tools for day-to-day operations and tentpole management.
  • Organize and manage team timelines across relevant projects.
  • Develop strategies and processes to improve department operations.
  • Manage 1-2 part-time and seasonal coordinators.

Required Education and Experience

  • 3- 5 year’s experience in operations, production management, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, along with strong time management abilities.
  • Proven understanding of social media, production, and digital landscape.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Salary / Pay Range

$45$51.50 USD
