Job Description

The SEM Speicalist will be join our team primarily working in and on client accounts, this means getting your hands dirty as well as potentially presenting to the clients. We have clients across multiple networks, but primarily in Google AdWords with some work in Bing, and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS). We want quick learners who take pride in their work. We believe the best way to grow a company is to grow our employees, so a thirst for learning and a good attitude are a must.
 

Day to Day functions of the role:

Managing paid channels and communicating with clients.

Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.

Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.

Generate weekly and monthly client reporting showing the customer the metrics that are important to them.

Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments, and help implement those learnings into the Search Nurture process.

Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.

Communication to company on project development, timelines, and results.

Work closely with the other team members to surpass client goals and help everyone get better at what they do.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years of experience in AdWords, Bing or Amazon AMS. 2 years or more welcome.

Agency experience a strong plus

Understanding and demonstrated experience in paid search (PPC), including keyword research, ad copy development, bid management platforms and optimizations.

Attention to detail and quality execution are are core to our services.

Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. We’ll help you with these!
