Lead and scale Zuddl’s outbound SDR function as a player-coach. Responsibilities include generating pipeline, carrying an initial personal quota, hiring and onboarding SDRs, coaching prospecting and objection handling, improving multichannel outreach and AI usage, managing accountability and performance, and owning pipeline targets, forecasting, reporting, and leadership communication.
About Zuddl
Zuddl is the unified events platform for B2B marketing teams. Conferences, field events, webinars, trade shows — one platform for brand-controlled event experiences, with full data ownership and pipeline attribution. Teams at Figma, CrowdStrike, Iterable, and Grafana Labs use Zuddl to replace fragmented point solutions, launch event programs in minutes, and prove revenue impact to their leadership. We're backed by Y Combinator, Alpha Wave, and Qualcomm Ventures, and we're going after every legacy player in a market that's being rebuilt from scratch.
The Role
Zuddl is looking for an SDR Manager to lead its SDR team and scale an established outbound function. You’ll inherit an already-built, repeatable outbound engine and take ownership of its next stage of growth, coaching reps, driving day-to-day execution, and continuously improving the systems and operating standards that drive qualified pipeline.
This is a true player-coach role. During your first quarter, you’ll carry a personal quota alongside the team while leading from the front, coaching reps in real time, and raising the standard for performance, consistency, and accountability.
You’ll report directly to the CEO within the Sales organization and work closely with the AEs your team supports. Ultimately, you’ll operate as a force multiplier, making the entire organization faster, sharper, and more consistent while building a standard of outbound performance that’s among the best in the market.
What You'll Own
- Develop deep expertise in Zuddle’s products, ICP, and value proposition.
- Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop SDRs as the team scales.
- Coach the team on outbound execution, prospecting strategy, objection handling, multichannel outreach, and AI utilization. Identify what works, standardize proven tactics, and maintain a tier-one standard of execution.
- Drive a high-performance culture through hands-on leadership, daily accountability, and consistent attainment of quota and key performance metrics.
- Own pipeline targets, forecasting, performance reporting, and communication with Zuddle leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years of exceptional B2B outbound experience in tech/SaaS, including 12+ months of SDR management experience, with the most recent relevant experience current or having ended within the last 6 months.
- Player-Coach: Willing to earn your stripes by carrying a personal quota in the trenches alongside the SDRs you’ll help lead.
- Leadership: Builds high-performing SDR teams through strong coaching, clear expectations, consistent accountability, and hands-on performance management.
- Ownership-First Mindset: Takes initiative, moves with extreme urgency, and figures things out as a resourceful self-starter.
- High-Expectation Culture: Thrives in a high-expectation culture centered on hard work, intensity, and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Relentlessly focused on getting better and consistently turns feedback into results.
- Resilient: Comfortable with rejection and setbacks, rebounds quickly, and stays consistent under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with full fluency in English.
