- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- At least 2 years of experience in software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development using Scrum methodology.
- At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- At least 1 years of experience in other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM)
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience in Telecom Domain.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
