Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)

Pay Rate: $49.20/hr on W2

Job Description:



We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join the Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (tPKPD) team. This role supports preclinical PK/PD studies by contributing to study execution, PK data analysis, and database management while helping transition manual workflows to automated, data-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design, outsourcing, monitoring, and execution of preclinical PK studies.

  • Perform limited laboratory support activities including dose material preparation and sample/tissue handling.

  • Conduct PK data analysis and maintain departmental databases and study records.

  • Utilize coding and data tools to streamline data entry, perform statistical analysis, and generate reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present study results to the department.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Biology, Pharmacology, Data Science, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of preclinical R&D experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of animal physiology and cell culture.

  • Familiarity with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, FACS, and LC-MS.

  • Experience with data analysis, database management, and coding for large datasets preferred.
