SCHEDULE COORDINATOR

Ganahl Lumber Baldwin Park is looking to add a member to our Operations team. We are looking for a Schedule Coordinator. This position is also a great way to advance toward becoming a supervisor and also learn a great deal about the company’s operations in shipping/receiving. For this position a general understanding of the business/operations is a plus, Accuterm knowledge preferred but not required and must have the ability to multitask. Dependability is a must.  Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Scheduling incoming sales orders to be pulled/assembled
  • Assisting Dispatch
  • Preparing paperwork for next day deliveries
  • Assisting with the distribution of work
  • Handling phone calls/assisting salesman
  • Checking off work orders
  • General clerical work around the office to prepare for the following day
  • Will be working side by side with second shift crew
