SCHEDULE COORDINATOR
Ganahl Lumber Baldwin Park is looking to add a member to our Operations team. We are looking for a Schedule Coordinator. This position is also a great way to advance toward becoming a supervisor and also learn a great deal about the company’s operations in shipping/receiving. For this position a general understanding of the business/operations is a plus, Accuterm knowledge preferred but not required and must have the ability to multitask. Dependability is a must. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Scheduling incoming sales orders to be pulled/assembled
- Assisting Dispatch
- Preparing paperwork for next day deliveries
- Assisting with the distribution of work
- Handling phone calls/assisting salesman
- Checking off work orders
- General clerical work around the office to prepare for the following day
- Will be working side by side with second shift crew

Since 1884, we have been a family- and employee-owned business providing building supplies and hardware for pro contractors and DIY enthusiasts alike. Our products include lumber, tools, paint, building materials, millwork, doors, and windows. With 11 convenient store locations, we serve customers throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
