The Scale Partner Manager is responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding partners, managing relationships, and driving activation to ensure success and pipeline growth.
As a Scale Partner Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding new partners at scale. You will identify high-potential partners, manage relationships with partners in your region, and build scalable programs that ensure they are set up for success. Your role will directly impact our ARR growth by bringing in new partners, driving their activation, and creating a pipeline of future Bronze and Silver partners.
You’ll collaborate closely with regional directors, marketing, and enablement teams to align partner recruitment with business needs and market opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel recruitment.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and activate partners in a B2B SaaS and tech environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking pipeline health and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: experience working across global markets and multiple time zones.
