- Develop and maintain integrations with applications that do not expose standard APIs, using alternative approaches such as SFTP, file-based integrations, scheduled data exchanges, webhooks, database connectivity, or other suitable integration methods.
- Evaluate integration requirements and determine the most appropriate integration approach based on the capabilities, limitations, security requirements, and architecture of the source and target systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and connect systems across SAP, Zoho, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams, developers, architects, business stakeholders, and external technology teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration and application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering integration architecture, configurations, interfaces, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and support guidelines.
- Provide technical training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to internal team members on SAP Integration Suite, APIs, integration patterns, troubleshooting, monitoring, and development best practices.
- Train and support internal employees to build the organization's capability to independently maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations and applications.

- Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with technical training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
