$100,000 - $180,000 depending on sales 

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
  • Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain available options and benefits.
  • Follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed on dealership inventory, promotions, financing, and leasing programs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Additional Information

Compensation:

  • $100,000 to $180,000 (Hourly plus commission)

(The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.00 an hour plus commission.  The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .)

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Sunday availability
