Lead and coach dealership sales team to meet unit sales, profit, and guest-experience goals. Forecast sales, meet daily with salespeople, conduct meetings and on-the-job training, review commissions and productivity, ensure vehicle quality, and track showroom traffic.

Assist customers with vehicle purchases by greeting, conducting test drives, explaining features/pricing, guiding financing and trade-ins, negotiating and finalizing sales, following up for satisfaction, building relationships for repeat business, collaborating with team members, attending training, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

Sell vehicles to meet dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets. Qualify customer needs, demonstrate and deliver vehicles, maintain prospect and follow-up systems, attend training, collaborate with service/body shop, and comply with laws and safety policies.

Manage dealership finance operations to meet unit sales and gross objectives. Sell financing, F&I products and extended warranties; maintain lender relationships; process and verify finance paperwork; train and coach sales staff; conduct meetings and pre-delivery with service. Ensure compliance with company policies and complete required pre-employment screenings.

Respond to internet customer inquiries, enter and manage leads in CRM, generate sales appointments, conduct phone surveys, utilize lead management tools, compile reports, and deliver high-quality customer service to convert online leads into vehicle sales.

Greet and qualify customers, present vehicles and conduct test drives, follow up on leads via phone/email/text/CRM, build relationships to generate repeat business, stay current on inventory/promotions/financing, and meet monthly sales goals.

Engage inbound phone, internet, and chat leads to generate sales appointments and drive customers to the dealership. Use CRM and lead tools to follow outreach cadence, provide pricing/finance information, manage follow-up, and meet KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Manage dealership loyalty and retention programs by contacting previous lease/loan customers through phone, email, and text, tracking outreach in CRM, scheduling inspections and test drives, presenting end-of-term options, and helping the dealership meet retention and financial goals.
