Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. OneImaging is solving this with a concierge approach and a premium-quality radiology network of over 4,000 vetted providers across 48 states, which also reduces imaging costs by 60-80%. Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.
This is not a traditional Salesforce administrator role. You will act as the technical architect and strategic owner of our Salesforce platform—designing data models, workflows, integrations, and system boundaries that enable teams to operate efficiently today and scale cleanly tomorrow.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the technical owner and architect of Salesforce, responsible for overall platform design, data architecture, security model, and long-term scalability
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Provider Operations, Finance, and Member Services leaders to understand business processes and drive scalable system solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce acts as a reliable system of record while integrating cleanly with adjacent platforms (e.g., CS tooling, ticketing, billing, engagement systems).
- Architect and implement advanced automation using Salesforce Flow, declarative tools, and (where appropriate) programmatic solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and custom code solutions where declarative tools don't meet business requirements
- Manage deployment processes across sandbox and production environments, including change sets, version control, and release coordination
- Establish and enforce sandbox management practices for development, testing, and UAT workflows
- Design and maintain integrations, data quality, governance, and integrity between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or event-based patterns.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of system architecture, data models, integrations, and workflows.
- Establish best practices for configuration, customization, release management, and change control.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor on Salesforce-related decisions across the company.
About you:
- 6+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a technical, architecture-oriented role (Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Systems Lead).
- Strong experience with Salesforce development including Apex (triggers, classes, batch processes), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, automation, and limits.
- Strong experience designing and supporting cross-system integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL, event-driven patterns).
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows) and understanding when to use declarative vs. programmatic solutions
- Experience managing multi-environment strategies (sandbox → UAT → production) including change management and deployment best practices
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and DevOps practices for Salesforce (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clean, scalable system designs.
- Experience supporting multi-team, multi-workflow environments (Sales, CS, Operations, Finance, etc.).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent demonstrated experience required; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect certifications strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work credibly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
