Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. OneImaging is solving this with a concierge approach and a premium-quality radiology network of over 4,000 vetted providers across 48 states, which also reduces imaging costs by 60-80%. Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Systems Administrator to oversee Salesforce and a broader suite of tools that support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales and Customer Success. You will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining our systems, ensuring they are optimized for scale, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce experience who is also excited to manage adjacent platforms and integrations that drive operational efficiency across the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Providers, Finance, and Member Services.
  • Own administration and user support for related GTM systems (e.g., CS platforms, ticketing systems, billing tools, or customer engagement platforms).
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses across platforms.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support team performance and decision-making.
  • Create and manage custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Implement process automation and system workflows using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems through imports, deduplication, and ongoing audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, system errors, and integration gaps.
  • Keep documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations up to date.
  • Stay current on platform best practices, upcoming releases, and opportunities to enhance functionality across tools.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar systems admin role supporting GTM teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)
  • Experience with broader system administration across Customer Success and Sales, ticketing, or finance support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gainsight, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools (APIs, middleware, etc.).
  • Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multiple teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

The target base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000.  Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
