Job Description- 10-12 years' experience working in CRM Consulting within large Global Enterprises with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce implementations.
- Sound knowledge on Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Communities), platform, and enterprise architecture - Sales Service and Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System.
- Expertise in performing the requirement fit-gap analysis with product capabilities and defining solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform capabilities in an optimum way.
- Experience in leading Solution discussions working closely with technical architect to define solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
- Experience in designing Salesforce Org Strategy, Org Merge considerations
- Experience in defining Salesforce Release management plan for large clients and best practices of release management.
- Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
- Salesforce (Admin, and Sales/Service/Marketing cloud certified)
- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
- LS domain experience would be a plus
