Salesforce Inc. seeks Salesforce Platform Developer in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Proactively identify customer needs in our custom Sales Cloud app and perform design and discovery on solutions to meet those needs. Work collaboratively with other developers and admins on the same code base and work with internal technology partners on new and existing integrations. Use the latest Salesforce technology and methods and implement an automated testing regime. Regularly present ideas and results to the team and consistently tackle work items that match your expertise and deliver results as a hybrid Engineer. Write clean code with high test coverage. Meet defined quality standards not only for your own code, but also when you review or test code for others. Optimally deliver work as a developer, reviewer, and tester. Embrace teamwork and transparency by contributing to documentation and mentoring teammates who are upskilling to work on the platform. Exhibit ownership beyond just finishing coding your features, for example, by taking an active role in defining tests and monitoring your code in production. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: Two (2) years of experience using these special skills: (1) Apex Classes, (2) Triggers, (3) Controller Classes, (4) Sales Cloud, (5) Lightning framework and components, (6) Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), (7) quality management systems, (8) project life cycle processes, (9) Web-to case, (10) Import wizard, (11) Third party API integrations.  Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Salary: $168,397.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $188,600.
