Salesforce Developer

As our Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions for our Automotive Services business line.  
Our team builds tools and technology that measures the performance and quality of service to our customers in areas of emergency roadside assistance, auto repair shop referrals, smog test centers, vehicle purchasing and driving school instruction.  

What You’ll Do  

* Engage with stakeholders, management, product owner and SMEs to translate business requirements into well architected cloud-based solutions.
* Provide support of the Salesforce environment, users, configuration, customization, and implementation of custom applications.
* Use Visual Studio Code for application development.
* Develop Apex (classes and triggers), build Flows, Lightning Components to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.

What You’ll Need  

* Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, understand business requirements, and provide high-quality solutions.
* Ability to complete projects or stories to meet frequent deployment deadlines.
* Need to be a person who can adapt and deliver according to changing priorities.
* Experience with configuration and development in Service Cloud.
* Experience working with source control and managing changes in a large team environment.
* Good modeling skills and how to structure business data.
* Knowledge of SOQL or other Database Query Language proficiency
* Knowledge of roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules in the Salesforce platform.

What We Prefer 

* Familiarity with implementing RESTful APIs on the Salesforce platform.
* Experience working in large-scale projects inception to implementation.
* Experience with data processing supporting analytics, workflow automations, incentive calculations and payments.
* Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
* Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Platform Developer

The starting pay range for this position is:

$106,900.00 - $142,200.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
