We touch the lives of binge-watching, music-loving, game-playing, finals-taking, seminar-attending, class-selecting students by providing IT infrastructure that meets the needs of today’s technology-savvy generation.
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platforms. In this role, you will ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems, develop customized solutions to enhance our business processes, and support future projects. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve our business goals. You would be a platform owner over two Salesforce platforms and partner with our Sales and IT teams to help use Salesforce as efficiently as possible.
This position will be hybrid in our Irvine, CA office with at least 2-3 days in the office each week. This is a full-time role, and you would be expected to not have additional full-time positions.

What you’ll be doing:
Salesforce Administration:
Manage Salesforce users, roles, permissions, and workflows.
Create custom fields and modify pick lists to meet business needs.
Deliver system enhancements and updates to improve functionality.
Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs/issues promptly.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
Maintain integrations with other systems, including NetSuite and ServiceNow, and collaborate with other system administrators as needed.
Customized Solutions Development:
Evaluate existing business procedures and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with Boldyn HigherEd leaders to develop business intelligence reporting and dashboards.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders on development requests to address evolving business needs.
Confidently communicate and promote best practice development in discussions with stakeholders.
Support future projects, including Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Maintain technical documentation of CRM build and customizations.
Technical Skills:
Apex, LWC: Experience with Salesforce's proprietary programming languages for custom development.
Lightning Components: Proficiency in building and customizing Lightning components.
Languages: SOQL, SOSL, SQL, Java, Python
Data Management: Skills in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality management.
Integrations: Proficient in designing, implementing, and debugging integrations using platforms like Boomi, and leveraging RESTful APIs for data exchange across systems.
Salesforce Certifications: Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Role, Profile & Permission Sets: Knowledge of Salesforce security features and compliance requirements.

What you’ll bring
Required:
Salesforce Certified Administrator certificate required
Equivalent to 5-10 years of on-the-job experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration.
Technical skills as noted
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills – The ability to capture business requirements translate to technical requirements and execute end to end delivery.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred
