We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead development, support, optimization, and modernization of a large-scale Salesforce platform supporting statewide public health programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced Salesforce support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and security remediation.
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced Salesforce configuration.
- Manage integrations and APIs using MuleSoft or similar middleware and ensure reliable enterprise data exchange.
- Lead CI/CD, DevOps, testing, code reviews, environment promotion, and release management across Dev/QA/UAT/Prod.
- Implement Salesforce security, governance, encryption, identity, audit, monitoring, and compliance controls.
- Manage sandbox strategy, observability, performance, backup/DR, and platform health.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and process flows.
- Train and mentor internal Salesforce teams and support knowledge transfer.
- Optimize Salesforce licensing, platform usage, scalability, and cost.

- 11+ years enterprise application development.
- 7+ years Salesforce development.
- 5+ years Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced configuration.
- 5+ years supporting large, complex, secure Salesforce environments.
