Are you a Salesforce rockstar ready to take ownership of a dynamic CRM environment? Join Promenade (formerly BloomNation), where you’ll shape and scale the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in a company that's redefining how small businesses thrive online.

Specifically, you will…

  • Own and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud instances
  • Handle user administration (profiles, roles, permissions, access)
  • Customize objects, record types, page layouts, fields, and validation rules.
  • Build and optimize declarative automation using Flows (and occasionally Process Builder)
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards for multiple teams
  • Partner with GTM teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party tools like Revenue.io, Chili Piper, Zoom, Pardot, and Zapier
  • Lead internal Salesforce training, onboarding, and support
  • Maintain data hygiene through deduplication, enrichment, and lead list uploads
  • Proactively identify and implement workflow/process improvements
  • Conduct regular audits and security reviews

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years experience administering Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
  • Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis) and a strong comfort level working with large datasets
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience supporting go-to-market teams (Sales, CS, Marketing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to APEX, HTML, Java, or a willingness to learn
  • Experience with Revenue.io, Chili Piper, Zoom or similar RevOps tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales models and B2B sales cycles
