Summary
As a public and profitable company, we have ambitious plans to scale and enhance our products and services. We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator who combines strong admin skills with the ability to coordinate and align Salesforce developers around shared goals and initiatives as well as communicate effectively with Stakeholders. This is a technical role without direct management responsibilities. You will own common Salesforce related administrative activities along with assisting in prioritizing and fulfilling Stakeholder requests.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for user support, system configuration, and data integrity, working closely with the Product Owner and development team to ensure the Salesforce platform meets business needs and scales with our growth in the genetics industry.
The ideal candidate will also have a track record of being an effective Salesforce administrator for medium to large size organizations and experience with common Salesforce administrative related apps.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for managing user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
- Support ongoing integration efforts with external systems (e.g., LIMS, EMR, Billing).
- Create and maintain Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Screen Flows to automate business processes.
- Monitor and when required refactor existing flows for efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee Skills-Based Routing and Queue-based Routing to ensure cases and tasks are assigned to the right agents.
- Create and maintain Conga Composer templates for support and business related documents.
- Maintain Conga Sign in supporting electronic signature processes for consent forms, and other documents.
- Maintain system security and compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data hygiene practices.
- Import, export, and update data using tools like Data Loader
- Work closely with the Product Owner to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to implement more complex functionality and integrations.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features and recommend enhancements.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a fulltime Salesforce Administrator in a medium to large size organization
- Experience supporting Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel and Service Console.
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce Flows (especially Record-Triggered and Scheduled Flows).
- Hands-on experience with Conga Composer and Conga Sign or other Salesforce supported document management tool.
- Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Developer Console.
- Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components (for collaboration with developers).
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice and telephony integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect) is a strong plus.
