The Role (full-time)
- Onboard 1-2 new clients a day and prepare outbound LinkedIn campaigns for each one.
- Strategize LinkedIn campaigns with each client.
- Write cold outreach sequences and create prospecting lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Act as a LinkedIn expert to clients, educating and setting expectations.
- Communicate internally with our team of expert copywriters, targeters and strategists.
- Continuously look for and take initiative on ways to optimize our processes.
- Figure out efficient ways to reduce churn, increase LTV.
Requirements for Success
- At least 1 years of sales, account management or outbound marketing. You will need to prove results with numbers (quota, meetings booked, retention, open/reply rates, churn, revenue, expansion, etc.).
- Was a leader in at least 1 college extracurricular (Executive board of a club, student government, greek life, etc.)
- Willing to work long hours to accelerate your learning.
- Do you get energized when talking to people and can maintain that energy all day.
- Empathetic (innate ability to understand people and business).
- Process oriented (systemic in your approach)
- Your friends would say you're organized.

Compensation & Benefits
- OTE of $80K ($55K-$60K base + Commission)
