Cleverly is in hyper-growth mode with 1,000+ clients and adding 250+ new clients a month. We are looking for an Account Manager to help us and our clients continue to scale.

Cleverly is a B2B marketing tech company that helps innovative small-medium businesses drive sales leads and close more deals using LinkedIn outreach. 

 

The Role (full-time)

  • Onboard 5-6 new clients a day and prepare outbound LinkedIn campaigns for each one.
  • Strategize LinkedIn campaigns with each client.
  • Write cold outreach sequences and create prospecting lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Act as a LinkedIn expert to clients, educating and setting expectations.
  • Communicate internally with our team of expert copywriters, targeters and strategists.
  • Continuously look for and take initiative on ways to optimize our processes.
  • Figure out efficient ways to reduce churn, increase LTV.

 

Requirements for Success

  • At least 1 years of sales, account management or outbound marketing. You will need to prove results with numbers (quota, open rates, meetings booked, retention, revenue).
    • Written their own cold emails, not templates from a company
    • Cold called
    • Managed accounts
  • Was a leader in at least 1 college extracurricular (Executive board of a club, student government, greek life, etc.)
  • Willing to work long hours to accelerate your learning.
  • Do you get energized when talking to people and can maintain that energy all day.
  • Empathetic (innate ability to understand people and business).
  • Process oriented (systemic in your approach)
  • Your friends would say you're organized.
  • Your friends would say you're creative.

 

Compensation

  • OTE of $75K ($50K-$54K base + Commission)

 

Office Location (free gym, free parking, free coffee, free breakfast)

  • Industrious Office in Playa Vista, California
  • Training will be in-office.
  • Free breakfast, coffee, drinks and snacks
  • Access to gym, basketball courts, mini tennis courts, ping pong, billiards, foosball (oh, and hammocks). *Once Covid-19 passes.
