Let’s cut to the chase. We need someone smart, tech-savvy, and salesy (not too salesy) team leader to manage our sales and growth.

On top of that, we would love to see someone with experience from product management, either hands-on or at least in the vicinity. What we need is someone with the understanding of roadmaps and how to “trick” your way into a roadmap by becoming relevant.

Why? Because what we live, breath, and sweat every day is <weavy/>, a feature complete full-stack team communication and collaboration framework that our clients embed into their apps. That’s why.

So not only do we need someone that’s great at sales, a phenomenal team leader, technically knowledgeable, but also knows how a team operates building an app.

Job Description

The primary role is to coach and work with the SDR team, create and implement strategies for outbound and inbound initiatives targeting software vendors, and create necessary collateral to use communicating with prospects and walk them through the sales journey.

The main duties for you would be;

  • Establish a framework for growth to maintain over performance of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the needs, concerns, and objectives of clients.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
     

Experience

  • 3+ years experience as a team leader.
  • Some sales background.
  • Experience working for an ISV a major plus, but not required.
