Role Summary:

The SnackNation Brands team is on a mission to put the best brands in front of their target audience at the right place, at the right time. And to do that, we’re looking to hire a passionate, experienced Brand Partnership Team Manager to manage our rockstar Brand Partnerships team.

The Brand Partnerships Team Manager will oversee our Brand Partnership Managers to assist each individual in prospecting, pipeline management, and contract negotiation to continue to meet our volume and cost goals. The Brand Partnerships Team Manager will also support each Brand Partnership Manager in their professional development and achievement of their quarterly goals. In addition to supporting our Brand Partnerships Team, the Brand Partnerships Team Manager will oversee purchasing to ensure that all purchase orders are accurate, timely, and tracked until receipt of goods at our warehouses. This individual will be directly managing all sourcing of snacks for SnackNation.

This role will be pivotal in the development and execution of our sourcing strategies across many departments so strong organizational and communication skills are essential. What You'll Do:

  • Achieve a monthly/quarterly/annual sales goal with specific gross margin targets
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reporting on all sales metrics
  • Oversee all Purchasing activity and track performance on the following:
  • o Timely and accurate purchase orders
  • o PO confirmation from brands
  • o ASN receipt
  • o Product receipt at warehouse
  • Daily management of individuals on Brand Partnerships team
  • Manage and implement new sales training materials as services grow/adapt
  • Review and score Brand Partnership Manager calls
  • Develop Sales Training methodology to improve the following metrics
  • o Conversion rate
  • o Length of sale
  • o Call score
  • o Average deal size
  • Act as part of the Brands Leadership Team to develop, implement, and drive strategy across Brand Partnerships, Brand Experience, Brand Accounts, and Merchandising
  • Develop Brands to Purchasing hand-off best practices to improve purchasing metrics and timely receiving
  • Support B2C growth through oversight of B2C projects and product development
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other networking events
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate trusted relationships with clients
  • Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Drive excellence and efficiencies in working cross-functionally with Member Success, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
  • Work harmoniously in a collaborative and transparent cross-functional environment​

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of sales management and/or team management experience, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding team goals and supporting individuals to improve within their roles
  • 5- 7 years of sales and/or account management experience, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • CPG industry experience a plus/bonus
  • Extensive experience formulating, presenting, and executing team strategy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with understanding of project management principles and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
