Praedicat is a funded FinTech startup in Los Angeles that is delivering innovative new “foresight modeling” to commercial clients built on cutting-edge big data analytics and technologies. We are looking to hire an Associate, Sales, Client, and Marketing who is talented at multi-tasking and appropriately handling a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will support our Client team, anticipating the team’s needs and taking initiative to solve problems independently. To be successful, you will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of Praedicat’s administrative, sales, client management, and marketing processes and consistently deliver outstanding high-level administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities
General Administrative Tasks
Manage multiple calendars
Set up for meetings, including conference calls, screen sharing, and beverage/food station
Assist with PowerPoint presentations and make updates to Excel documents
Take notes as needed
Book travel and prepare travel itineraries
Prepare and submit expense reports
Provide phone coverage for customer service and technical support (TeleDirect) lines and monitor/respond to incoming email requests
Act as backup for administrative support team members
Run errands on an as-needed basis
Perform additional duties as assigned
Sales, Client Management, Marketing
Support internal and client-facing processes such as user management, report generation, contract management and other client-related issues
Support in the planning of, and coordinate multiple facets of, client meetings, workshops, sponsored events and conferences
Facilitate outward client communications such as release notes, client surveys and email campaigns for new and existing users and clients
Coordinate all aspects of client-facing webinars
Maintain and update external and internal systems including Salesforce, MindTouch, ClientSuccess and network directories
Implement updates to website and social media posts using WordPress and any other software necessary
Assist with assembling distribution lists for marketing campaigns
Assist with planning workshops, conferences, receptions, trade shows and special events, as assigned
Assist with the production of marketing materials including newsletters, publications, presentations, brochures, banners, documents and emails
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, support the planning of high profile events and meetings, including user conferences and advisory committee meetings
Assist in the design of presentations and mockups, and coordinate with consultants for short-term marketing projects
Maintain and archive all marketing inventory and collateral
Requirements
At least 5 years of administrative experience at a software company, preferably one with a SaaS model
Advanced computer and data entry skills (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress)
Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings and tools (e.g., Join.Me, WebEx, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Google Hangouts and conference calls)
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail
Self-directed with a demonstrable high degree of initiative
Excellent problem solving and people skills
Motivated by new challenges and a fast-paced work environment
Flexibility to travel, when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a research or academic environment
Experience working with C-level executives
Experience in Sales and Marketing
