Who we're seeking:

We are seeking an Account Manager on the Zwift Run Business team to drive our mission of becoming part of every runner’s training and fitness experience. This person will work closely with key industry partners to develop and deliver virtual and in real life programs, events and projects. Treadmill running and virtual training are becoming increasingly popular and leading industry companies are working with Zwift to deliver such experiences to consumers. We need you to be organized, detailed, and highly engaging while exuding a passion for helping people achieve their running and fitness goals using Zwift.

What you'll do:

Partner management: Work directly with leading athletic and run specialty brands, retailers, event owners and others to develop and deliver programs that drive users to Zwift. Along with the Zwift Business team you will manage new and existing partnership opportunities with a focus on embedding Zwift into every runners training program. Organization, detail, process and the ability to manage multiple projects and people will be critical.

Partner Strategy: Contribute to strategy evolution. Our strategy around running will evolve as we grow, test, and learn, the guiding principles of which will need to be communicated with partners on an ongoing basis. You will need to balance delivery of existing projects alongside future priorities.

Implementation: Own new and existing programs of many shapes and sizes. You will need to coordinate project contributors and ensure that everything is on track for a successful outcome. You might be responsible for coordinating an event owner, a shoe brand, and Zwift stakeholders to deliver an innovative training partnership.

Learning and improving: Listen, learn, report, recommend, adjust, try again and again! Many of the programs we will run will be first of their kind or new derivations of existing programs. This role requires someone with the curiosity to ask hard questions, the ability to learn from mistakes and a constant desire to optimize the next version.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years Partnerships Experience - Bonus points for Running Industry experience
• Experience interacting with senior management teams at companies of any size
• Experience with project leadership and execution
• Experience of delivering against Growth KPIs
• Experience with planning and activating events
• Ability to manage priorities and timelines across internal and external stakeholders
• Can do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and take on any project big or small
• Ability to deliver work in a cross-functional environment
• Travel expectation of 15-25%; both domestic and international
