How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate logistics for daily office activities and meetings, including supply orders, meeting space arrangements, document preparation, catering and onboarding new hires
- Facilitate sales installations by supporting sales executives with order follow-up, issue identification and escalation, and collaborating across departments as needed
- Obtain and distribute sales-related reports to support informed decision making
- Manage projects related to construction, ECAF escalations, porting and other assignments to advance sales operations
- Maintain and track invoices to budget while identifying and recommending cost efficiencies
- Organize and oversee sales blitz activities, including updates, record maintenance and submission of results
- Assist with same-day ticket submissions and data entry for field sales leads

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 3+ years of general office experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven capability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time
- Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Understanding of business terminology
